Template Conflict

we have WLC in non-fabric mode and we have few mobility tunnels across different sites. 

there will be few commands which i need to push through cli from DNAC to WLC.

I created template and given below. but its shows conflict for second command during preview also its showing warning sign before command in template validator

wireless profile policy ABC
mobility anchor 1.1.1.1 priority 1
