Trouble in Accessing Cisco DNA via Web interface

Hi Team 
I installed Cisco DNA in (DNAC-SW-2.3.3.7.iso) in  Vmware ESXi 6.7.0 .  After the long installation process, when I try to open the GUI from the browser it says   "

"no route and no API found with those values"

What could be the reason for this?  I did the following steps below from console  

1 .  maglev package status --- and found platform-ui package is not installed 
2. tried to install it from the command  : maglev deploy platform-ui  --- but it gave me the error Package is not ready Please try again later 

Please help me on this, I am not a very good in networking hope someone could help me from simple explanations Please

Make sure DNAC has Internet connection access :

Look at the installation guide closely : (requirement)
