Hi,
I'm running DNAC Virtual Appliance 2.3.7.4-75326 and I'd like to upgrade to 2.3.7.6-75360.
Download starts and goes up to 69.25% but finally fails. Retried several times already. Only 2 applications are downloaded, all others fail.
I tried to download the intermediate 2.3.7.5 version and I end up with the same failure.
Since this is a lab environment, I have no support contract attached. Any hint on how I can troubleshoot this and find a solution? I'd like to avoid recreating the VM from scratch.
Thanks,
Sylvain.

Hello,
These commands do not exist on the Virtual Appliance.
After rebooting the VM, there was a better progress in the download but still ended in failure.
Finally by clicking on "Upgrade" (e.g. implicit Download + upgrade) instead of just "Download", the system was able to download all the packages and upgrade went successful...
Thanks for the help anyway.
Sylvain.

Hello!
Haven't gotten to upgrading my CCC to 2.3.7.6 but you can check why you download process failed with the command: maglev system_updater update_info. But you will need access to maglev.
You can also check:
magctl service logs -r system-updater
magctl service logs –r catalogserver
You can also find this logs in kibana.
