What is benefit DNA License

HI

I am too much confusion about DNA License. 

Question : By default DNA License come with device 3 Years. After 3 Years If I did take renewal DNA license then I did not get any TAC Support or IOS Upgrade.  If I Take only Con ( Smarten) in my Switch/Router/Firewall in AMC time then get  RMA/TAC/IOS Upgrade ?

Question 2: What is the benefit/Extra feature for enable DNA License

DNA Subscription License is only for those who have a DNAC appliance.  Without a DNAC appliance, just purchase the minimum 3-year DNA license and let the license lapse.

C9500-DNA-L-A-3Y  given Cisco Catalyst 9500 DNA Advantage 3 Year License 

Cisco Partner told this License require for future TAC Support and IOS Upgrade..

AKA now known as Catalyst Center to Manage devices in SD-Access environment, 

If you do not have Catalyst Center - you do not need to Buy that subscription.

Note that the perpetual network license(network essentials/network advantage) you get is bound to which DNA subscription you choose. If you need network advantage features, you will have to buy a minimum 3 year DNA Advantage license which you can choose not to renew after 3 years.

Another Question, If I have Cisco Router 8500/8300 with DNA License, I don't want take DNA at the time of AMC Time after 3 Years.  what I am face problem if i not renewal DNA
