License details for Cisco Cloud Services Router (CSR) 1000V - Security

Greetings!

I have few queries regarding license for Cisco Cloud Services Router (CSR) 1000V - Security Pkg. Max Performance (sold by Cisco Systems, Inc.).

1. What is the licensing model for Cisco Router? 

2. How can we re-use/setup the same router across another AWS account?

3. Can this license be sharable/transferable across 2 AWS accounts?

as per I know you only 1 Device active all the time

3. Can this license be sharable/transferable across 2 AWS accounts?

I do not believe the License is shared.
