Commands reference guide for PowerTools 1.3.1?

Is there anywhere reference guide for powertools 1.3.1 cmdlets? somehow cannot find it.

i.e. Get-ucslsmaintack is missing in 1.x User Guide.

The reference guide is primarily 'help ucs' within a PowerShell window.  Help Get-UcsLsmaintAck returns the basic help on the cmdlet on my 1.3 installation.
