Installation of DNAC package automation core ncp service fail

Hi

If someone could please help. When I deploy DNAC package automation-core:2.1.267.62937 which also referred as NCP Service it fail. The installation goes up to 90% and then fail after long period. And display this

error
NCP - Services 434.03 MB 2.1.267.62937 Installation failed

Exception in task - Maximum wait time 2045 seconds exceeded for the following services to be ready: task-service, telemetry-service, distributed-cache-service, file-service

If anyone has experienced this problem. I have been struggling for days now to find a solution.

I had the similar issue a while ago.

I don't remember the detail but I think I SSH into DNAC -

use : maglev catalog package display

to list the packages. We can identify which package has issue by the status of "STATE"

Then we delete it with

"maglev catalog package delete (packagename):(version#"

Sorry don't remember the detail, but "clean up" with maglev command that removed the stalled package on my DNAC.

Hi Dave, please open a tac case so we can gather the RCA and inspect the logs for why the deployment is failing.

If you have opened a TAC case, please provide the SR number. Otherwise, can you provide the following:
