About Intersight License Out of Compliance

Hi All,

I have a question is about intersight license out of compliance.

I have 10 advanced licenses for 10 UCSX M6 servers,If I buy two more UCSX M6 servers and join the current visibility, I know there will be licenses out of compliance with a 90 day grace period. What I want to ask is if the grace period is exceeded and the impact is on all servers (12), or only 2 servers?

What is the impact of expiration of grace period?

Thanks.

The license compliance is considered as a whole tier, so with 12 licenses in use out of 10 purchased after the grace period expires it reduces functionality on the whole tier till it gets back into compliance.  The servers will continue to run and you'll have some basic functionality but you won't be able to make/deploy changes to profiles/policies etc attached to the server until it's back in compliance.

"If you do not renew your license within 90 days, the license state moves to Grace Expired, and the functionality of all the servers will be downgraded. You must register a valid license again to resume using the features."
