Cisco Intersight license import error

Hi All, 

We purchased 12 licenses in 2022, and this year we have also purchased 12 licenses,
but the license for this year looks different from before (such as the Figure 1),
I merged these two licenses into an license with 24 licenses and encountered an error when importing it into Intersight (PAV) (as shown in Figure 2)
May I ask if anyone has encountered it before?

In the past, Intersight had 3 license tiers(Essentials, Advantage, Premier) and with the license simplification last year, we have only 2 license tiers now(Essentials and Advantage)

Based on the error in the screenshot, it looks like you have a mix of both types, hence the error. I would suggest contacting your Cisco Account team who can guide you on how to move forward and if needed help with license conversion.
