Hi,
I have reserved an instance for cisco kinetic for cities it says active but not receiving password mail, but i see an error in activity (error:Cannot assign account, please raise a case in sandbox forum). Can you please help.

Hi JT,
Could you please try rescheduling a new session again and see whether you are getting the password reset email?
In the meanwhile I will check this with the team and get it resolved.
