Cisco Live Las Vegas open for scheduling?

Hi, is there an ETA for when we'll be able to schedule sessions for Cisco Live? I've seen a couple different posts in areas about signing up for sessions, but when I try to sign up, it looks like it is still too early for people unless you're a NetVet, and I get the message below.

Session Scheduler is currently only open to NetVet attendees. Cisco Insider sessions are available to Cisco Insider Program members only.

So it now looks like you can schedule events, but when I try and schedule a meeting with an engineer, I get as far as where you can see their availability, but can't click the continue button?
