I need an exhaustive list of all switches, routers that come with the Cisco Modeling Labs - Personal. Specifically I'm looking for Catalyst 3600 and 3700 series. I would also like to know anything that I might want that is NOT available. I'm trying to setup a virtual data center to be similar to the one at work so I can do troubleshooting on a virtual system instead of the real thing.

it does not work like that; none of virtual lab software follows hardware specifications; they all have sort of "all for one" image approach; 1 image based on IOS x for all your switching needs. Besides 2 Nexus images (7k and 9k), CML has switching image based on IOS 15.2, so if your gear works on 15.2 or close to it, it pretty good chance you can do 80% of simulation (no hardware problems, no stacking)

If I may, let me clarify what you just wrote. I may be using a 3750 IOS 12 at the data center, but having a IOS 15 on the Modeling Labs will suffice as an alternative, meaning I'm getting more or less a 1 for 1?

not sure there are or might be some commands variants between 2 versions beside features differences between those 2 IOS versions.
You can try CML for free at https://developer.cisco.com/site/sandbox/
