can i use CML2 to learn python? i ask because i hate using GNS3.

There might be better solution; Someone has mentioned that there is a virtual machine you can get to learn python. Not sure how or from where yet... I think you can get it from NetAcademy or access via DevNet SandBox.

with the CML is possible too, but you need to have Linux installed as VM along with CML 2.X
