Hi, I have a question regarding Cisco Modeling Labs, the thing is that I need to use at least 8 nexus switches to implement VxLAN, then these to use 8 GB of RAM each, would be using the ram memory of the physical computer or does not consume that resource?

If running the CML Ubuntu image on bare-metal, then the bare-metal host would need at least 64GB of physical RAM to support 8x Nexus 9300v images @8GB each (more RAM is almost always better with CML).
If running the CML Ubuntu image as a virtual machine on a hypervisor (currently, only VMware HVs are officially supported), then the Ubuntu VM needs at least 64GB of RAM allocated to it, with the underlying physical host needing 64GB or more (consult the HV documentation on how much physical RAM would be required to support a 64GB VM).

In addition to what @Ramblin Tech suggested, some consideration should be given to the other resources needed:
- each NX-OS 9000v needs 2 vCPU
- each NX-OS 9000v consumes between 2.5 and 10 GB of disk space
I thought it's worth mentioning since 16 vCPU's and 80 GB of disk space is not negligible.
