Cannot upgrade OS in CML 2.2.3 anymore, as CentOS 8 has been deprectated on 2022-01-31.
All CentOS 8 mirrors are gone. Fetching packages in CML-controller fails.
What to do now?

I think I read you should not be doing any CentOS updates; go to CML CNL forum and search or post your question.

Hi jospanier,
I experienced that problem as well. Make sure you have full administrative e.g. super user (su) rights for the directory or folder where you have downloaded the reference platform refplat*.iso. I imported the new .ova file into vmware and had to do a lot more adjustments/modifications than earlier releases. I had to expand the hard disk because the default was about 10 to 16GB, I also changed the operating system choice from CentOS8 to Rhel 7. Make sure the hardware compatibility matches what you need. I changed mine to workstation 16.2, the default was Esxi, also make sure that the Virtualize Intel VT-x box is checked. I had to tweak all of these things to get a sensible install.
