CML - Communication Timeout - Will Reattempt Automatically

I'm disappointed with this licensing. I have not really managed to use the application yet. I've realized I made a mistake on the first attempt of installation as I only have 3 nodes. Decided to reinstall the CML but when I tried to apply license for the second time, it will no longer license the product.

Could you please point me on the right direction on how o resolve this issue?

You can contact License team, there is BOT you can directly chat and they can sort for you, if this is only License issue.

You need to de-register and register back :

Dear Balaji Bandi,

Thank you for your suggestion. Unfortunately, that didn't help due to the CML license, I have bought. I am not entitled to the TAC support. Community support is the only way to get answers to my licensing issue.  It is very frustrating, imagine you spent USD 199 to have CML but you were not able to use it not even once yet. I am nowhere to resolve my issues, 

 

De-registering the product is not even possible; There are no product instances to de-register for this license.

I can see myself losing USD199. I have contacted another 2 different teams but pointing me to different teams. Cisco is not very helpful at all.
