cml lab console stuck at grub

cml console

Unable to log into console even after bootup is completed as seen above. It seems the grub is expecting
<return> to proceed. what can be the possible explanation and resolution here.

what is the version CML, is the same case with other nodes ?

2.4.1. latest. Yes all nodes are not responding be it switch router or server. ssh shell enters console, shows list and labs command , but disconnects immediately after escape character with open and connect commands. 

Breakout telnet 9000 enters but don't know what's the use without console commands.

trying on mac m1. don't understand when x86_64 vm is installed why cannot cisco images run on top of it, else is it like docker process.
