CML Personal ‘Product is already active’ Error

I recently rebuilt my CML Personal 40 Node VM and once I’d installed everything and imported my node images I noticed my Licensing was still flagging for a ‘System Error’. Once I entered Licensing I was prompted to choose my CML product. I choose the CML Personal - 40 Node VM and when I went to save my choice I stopped me and I got an error saying ‘Product is already active’. I went to my account on Cisco Learning and made sure the code I used was deregistered (it was) then tried again; same error. Not sure what to do at this point.
