Does Cisco CML have an SDN Controller in the network elements ?

You mean,Cisco  cml doesn't have an SDN Controller, but I can add to it right ?

CML does not ship as per i have version 2.2, but you can add them if you able to dowload from Cisco software download and add to CML as mentioned in the documemt.
