After I made my purchase of CML personal, and clicked the download link, I was taken to the cisco download page. after selecting and download link I received an error...
"Thank you for registering with Cisco.com. In order to consume software or services we require your full address. Please follow this link to return to profile manager to complete your profile."
after clicking the link I was redirected to a blank page. this has happened over and over. when I try to go to my profile page directly, I experience the same thing (a blank page) with no way of updating my profile. Please help
