Apple Issues Proximity

I have  a C40 running tc7.0.2 with Proximity turned on

I have no problem wit my Android system, but every Apple product I've tried (2 Ipads and an Iphone), I can't get it to pair.

What does the screen of the ipad say when trying to pair?

Make sure to update your iOS to the latest release. I was trying to use my iPad and iPhone on 7.2 (which is supported) and had issues. As soon as I updated it worked perfectly.
