Cisco Proximity App - Iphone 5SE

Hello Folks,

I have an interogation regarding Proximity Mode on Cisco telepresence Endpoints.. Cisco TAC is unable to answer to it, trying my luck here.

Customer has Iphone5-se on firmware version 13.3 (17C54) authorization on mic is set, proximity app installed. Ultrasound verified with Spectrum view, works fine on any other device but totally undetected by Iphone 5 se.

Does anybody know if this device is compatible ? Too old ? i was unable to find any answers to this question so far.

I have heard of people having problems with some iPhone SE models before. Sadly, I believe we have concluded not all iPhones pick up ultrasound in a way that allows us to decode ultrasound embedded payloads even if it appears present on a spectrogram.
