First post here, so formatting may be a bit off.
We have a user here with a Mac, that connects to a screen using Cisco Proximity. The problem is that when he connects, the apps he has open doesn't show. You can see the cursor moving, but it's only showing his background image and not anything else.
Not sure what version he's on, so it might help to just update it. But to me, it seems like a privacy issue maybe?

The user was prompted about giving access to screen sharing upon starting the app the first time. If he accidentally dismissed that, he can find the privacy settings per application under "Security & Privacy" -> "Privacy" -> "Screen Recording"
This is a new feature of MacOS 10.15.

Tried to fully uninstall the program, but he didn't get that prompt. I couldn't find those settings anywhere either...
