Does anyone know why Proximity works with our Room Kit Pro for call management but not for screen sharing?

We have recently implemented a Room Kit Pro. Cisco Proximity is enabled and works for call management but not for screen sharing. When you try to screen share, you do not get an error message but it does not do anything. I am using an HP tablet and Proximity 3.0.1.0. It works with two Room Kit Mini units that we have also recently installed. Configuration settings for the Room Kit Pro are attached.

Any ideas?

I think that we have found the cause. Northern Territory Government's Cisco video conferencing system has not been upgraded to the latest version because one of our agencies has a major compatibility issue. Our new endpoint has a recent version of the firmware installed and there is apparently a known issue with Proximity and with the address book functionality in this situation. One of the three endpoints that we recently bought has a significantly older version of firmware installed and its Proximity works fine. The solution is for NTG to upgrade its VC system.

From the configuration you attached, it appears that call control should not be available, but screen sharing should work. Which version of Cisco Proximity are you running, and which version of CE software?
