About Cisco End customer name agreement

Dear Cisco Team,

     We have buying some NEW Cisco equiments  including FPR3110-NGFW-K9, C9500-48Y4C-A from some vendor and sales to our cusomter, however due to deliver shcedule too tight and  we buy the Equiments from some agent channel that End customer is not registered same name as our target customer.

   Now our customer challenge us that the end customer name is unmatched and want to refund. 

We want to know if there any License agreement or policy that highlight the cisco device "End Customer Name" should match the real end customer. 

It is great if you can provide us the Licsense ageemnent that mention this parts and we will pass to our company lawyer to investigate.

"Used and Secondary-Market Equipment

The Cisco standard warranty and Cisco service and support contracts are not transferable. That means that any purchase of used or secondary-market Cisco equipment is not covered by the Cisco standard warranty and is not eligible for coverage by a Cisco support contract even if it is purchased through a Cisco channel partner or distributor."
