C9500-24Y4C loosing configuration after reload

Dear Cisco Community

i have this trouble about Cisco device model C9500-24Y4C, when it test making reload the device,I was surprised that the device has returned to the initial settings and erasing all config on it ,if any body can help to solve this issue or have a solution so we can check it together

hey @balaji.bandi would this also be fine if the switch here said this under show version?

Configuration register is 0x142 (will be 0x102 at next reload)

I cant remember exactly but there should be two or three different config register numbers that are fine to operate normally.

is the startup-config the same as the running-config? after each reload after input DIR is there any changes at all? what is configuration register number under show version?

Can you post below :

show version

dir:

 

make sure config reg is correct :

Configuration register is 0x102

check any config like below in running config :

system ignore startupconfig switch all
