Good day,
I have a Cisco 2504 Wireless Controller which is currently running software version 8.1.102.0
In order to manage a newer AIR-AP1832I-E-K9 access point I require software versions 8.1.122.0 or above.
Could anyone perhaps assist me with a copy of an update file as I am not able to download it?

Because there are security advisories for the system you are running, you can open a TAC case by phone and ask for a new version:

Read the paragraph "Customers Without Service Contracts".

In addition to @Karsten Iwen's response, I would also take this opportunity to impart a word of concern regarding the continuous use of 8.1.X.X and 8.2.X.X firmware due to stability and security vulnerability reasons.
Use 8.3.X.X instead.

Thank you all,
I've contacted the call centre who then advised me to send an email with all my details to ent-dl@cisco.com to request the software download.
Hopefully I wont have to wait too long and hopefully they wont give me any troubles.
