Hi,
I have a cisco 3500 series wireless controller that I want to upgrade, but I want a version that is less bug and works better with my AP's I would you recommend me
Cisco 3500 series currently running on next Software Version 8.5.131.0

The answer is not about the firmware version of the WLC but the AP -- Replace the AP.
There are several Cisco public-facing bugs in regards to 2800/3800/4800/1560/IW6200. There is a design bug with the MARVAL radio chipset and the workaround/fix is to disable WMM.
If WMM is not disabled, random traffic gets dropped but real-time traffic (like VoIP &/or video) gets dropped 100% of the time.
