Cisco ASA 5515 latest firmware

Hello,

Is it possible to get the latest Cisco ASA 5515 firmware through any means? I know it's EOL but I believe it was updated quite recently at the end of 2022. I'm willing to purchase a support contract etc. if that is what is required, please let me know.

last OS version for ASA 5515-X is 9.12.4 version. if you have lesser version, you can upgrade till this version. since device is EOL you cannot renew contract.

Thank you, so if I don't have an existing contract, I cannot ever upgrade to 9.12.4?

Also follow-up question:

There seems to be an update on that link you provided for 5515's dated 08-Mar-2023, does this mean the 5515 is still receiving firmware updates?
