Cisco ASR920-12SZ USB console port problem

My english not too good. I tried my best.

How can i connect to usb console port. It working but not right. USB serial port coming in laptop named COM11. I used putty connection type "serial" and serial line "COM11" then speed is 9600.
It doesn't work. Is software driver necessary to install "asr-9xx_usbconsole_drivers.zip". I cant download this driver. how to download this driver and how to connect console to ASR920-12SZ

@Daijobu hi, when you connect console and access using putty, is it displaying any output? or blank?

if you see COM11, that means your drivers and cable should be Ok. how many COM ports you can see in device manager device list?

hi, attached to disconnected. if connected it appears COM11 or COM13. Displaying blank.
