Cisco USB Console blank screen

Hello all,

When I connect Cisco USB Console I get black screen, I tried number of USB console cables in different laptops and get the same issue, your help please

Did you download & install the USB drivers?

the new cable required drivers to install on device to work.

Can you explain more - i hve done many installation using new cable with cat 9K series never seen any issues.

Lets start here :

power of the switch

connect the console cable

make sure you selected correct com port when the device recongnised.

Power on the switch, let us know the outcome ?
