Dear Cisco,
I have an asa5516-x HA(active&standby) pair with fmc. I can't make a backup. This is error messsage on fmc: "CSM backup failed".
Detail of fmc and devices: 6.2.2.3 software version (after backup I would like to upgrade from 6.2.2.3 to 6.4.0 and to 6.6.5)
Please help me.
What can i do?
