I have some enquiries regarding on the RUM Report for CSSM Smart Licensing. As the new version starting 17.3.2 will be using Usage Reporting to track the usage of license on Catalyst, ISR, ASR or others.
From the usage reporting below if the Next ACK deadline did not submit any report to CSSM either automatically or manually, does it will cause any operation/network impact to the devices? For your info, I am using perpetual license (NOT ENFORCED) in the ISR router.

Last ACK received: <none>
Next ACK deadline: Dec 15 20:58:59 2022 GMT
Reporting push interval: 30 days
Next ACK push check: <none>
Next report push: Dec 15 21:00:59 2021 GMT
Last report push: <none>
Last report file write: <none>
Trust Code Installed: <none>
