Is DNAC free monitiring software?

Hello.

My company uses all Cisco hardware. I am seeking a monitoring solution.

1. Is DNAC free monitoring software? (I know it does more than monitoring)

2. Is DNAC similar to Solar winds?

3 Is it unnecessary to use both DNAC and solar winds for monitoring?

DNAC is orchestration tool - and it can not replace any NMS Like Solarwinds.

Note : DNAC is not free (until you buying some promotion offered by Cisco)

DNAC is not "like" Solarwinds.  Solarwinds is not "like" DNAC.  DNAC and Solarwinds are not even close to "the same".

DNAC is not "free" (maybe the cost of the appliance is free) but the licensing cost is not.
