The Cisco ise services are failing to start. I have tried multiple times of start/stopping the application and even reboots.

I think this is causing the database server not to start. It is a VM with 12 CPUs. Anyone run into this issue ? from ADE.log -

[WARNING] ORA-00821: Specified value of sga_target 2000M is too small, needs to be at least 8320M
ORA-01078: failure in processing system parameters

Our HW requirements look good. I think the database just got corrupted during the upgrade process. Started the upgrade again from an earlier snapshot (from v2.3) and it finally completed to v3.1-patch4. Every necessary process came up except the ISE API gateway Service ( this is the GUI I assume). Did a stop/start ise but no luck with that service.

did a reset-config and was able to go through the process. The ISE API Gateway service started once everything came up .
