I have a cisco router c1921 with the ios: c1900-universalk9-mz.SPA.151-4.M2.bin
and I have activated the license for security, the securityk9, but sh lic shows me:

so EvalRightToUse and expires in 8 weeks.
I have tired with this commands:
at first:
license install flash:xy_20200131043856824.lic
reload -did not work
and then:
config t
license accept end user agreement
yes
exit
license right-to-use move securityk9
config t
license boot level securityk9
end
wr mem
the commands license right-to-use move securityk9 and license boot level securityk9 are not working on the router.
The question is: how can I activite the .lic file to use the permanent verison of security, not only the EvalRightToUse version? (output see below)
