Meraki MX65 license renewal problem

Hi all,

I have a problem with Meraki MX65 license renewal now. I got new license key from Meraki-Cisco few days ago and tried to add license key through the Meraki dashboard but the 'Add License' button doesn't activate so, can't license add.

Currently, previous license is already expired and in the 30days gray duration. 

License status is 'License Required' and license model is 'Co-termination'

The Meraki item is LIC-MX65-SEC-3YR

Please let me know how can I resolve this.

Hi Kasun,

Thank you for your attention. I tried Chrome and Edge browser with your link but not worked.

Still the 'Add license' button disabled.

Would you let me know other way?

in the box you add 10/04/2023

then you r add licnese get activated to click that button to take license active.

then you see below message :

In the box above you have to manually type the date in before it will let you add. It's their way of making you confirm the date.
