Hello dears

i  have a problem  i cant  upgrade  my device N540-ACC-SYS (N540-24Z8Q2C)

when i apply  the commands #show install active i found just ( ncs540-xr-7.4.1 version=7.4.1 [Boot image] ) without other rpm packages and when i try to upgrade it by  another version i couldn't also the led light for alarm is orange in device .

can anyone help me ?

i tried to add a rpm with boot  image

but appeared this error " ERROR!! failed while distributing packages to sysadmin"

now upgraded to 7.8.1 and  i  used the same steps for upgrading  and  its already  upgraded .. but when i apply " sh install active " i found just  the boot image without other packages like rpm for ospf , eigrp, etc .

the information is not enough to help here now . you need to give us more evidence of steps you followed and what error you getting ?
