Unable to Enter ROMmon Mode on Cisco ASR1001-X Router Despite Break

I'm facing an issue with a Cisco ASR1001-X router where I am unable to enter ROMmon mode. Despite multiple attempts, pressing the Break key during boot up does not interrupt the boot sequence. The router fails to find a valid BOOT image and displays warnings about the file system being unclean. It identifies the IOS file but doesn't load it, instead proceeding with boot failure messages. I'm seeking advice on alternative methods to access ROMmon mode, as the standard Break key approach is not working. I am using extra putty

After RETURN are you able to use your keyboard and type anything ?

of is the console not taking any inputs at all ?

as suggested try different console cable and different client (make sure Putty partry and flow control none)

Can you post complete boot logs right from the router power ON.

Use a different machine and verify the console settings.

Actually, by pressing break on the terminal keyboard within 1 minute of power up in order to the router into ROMmon, alternatively try with spam ESC on your keyboard Just after you've started the device.

You can also try PuTTy for this...opening by Serial (with the correct COM port) and right click on the head of the window. There will be a pop-up window and you will see a point called Special commands. There will be your Break command. Once you restart the equipment you just click on it and should be arriving in the Rommon1> prompt.
