API for presence and call event subscription for WebEx CX user

Hi,

Are there any APIs or SDKs available to receive presence change and call event notifications via a subscription for a WebEx CX user? For example, with the WebEx desktop app client (formerly known as WebEx Teams), we were able to access presence information and receive presence change notifications through the Outlook integration (Office IM/Chat API). Is there anything similar available for WebEx CX, or are there any server-side APIs, such as REST APIs, for WebEx CX?

Just to clarify, are you asking about CX Essentials or Webex Contact Center? Both fall under the CX monicker but they’re not the same product/APIs.
