Hi,
I login my Sandbox Grp1 trying to enable voicemail feature, however
1. I found there is no Voice Management setup under Group, also
2. there is no Voice Management option to be enabled for individual user

Seems like you haven't assigned the voice messaging group service. I have assigned it. Please try again and let me know if you have any questions.

Hi,
Voicemail feature is still not working. I see the Voice Messaging Group service is added and there is Voice Management option for each user. But I still don't see the Mail Server is setup. Under Group -> Service -> missing Voice Messaging option to setup mail server

Mail server is configured under system level, you don't have to configure a mail server.
Here is the procedure to check your voice mail :
1) enable voicemanagement under the group and assign a number to it.
2)from the user profile page select password and set the portal password.
3)from your extension call the voice portal number(as configured in the first step) and enter the password.

Hi,
I have successfully setup voice mail by following your procedure.
But there is an issue
After entering voice portal password to retrieve message I hear error message "This operation cannot be completed at this time, please try the call later..."
When call to DUT and let it rolls to voice mail, the same error message is heard
So I am not able to leave or retrieve message

Do you have "Voice Messaging User" assigned to the user you are calling and trying to leave a voice message? This user service needs to be assigned in order for the user to have the capability to get voicemails.

Yes, I have assigned "Voice Messaging User" service to the user I am calling to (see attach picture).
The error message "This operation cannot be completed ...." occurs in 2 cases
1. When the call is forwarded to voice mail
2. When user tries to access its own mailbox

Can you go to the Messaging link and then select Voice Management for the user and make sure that it is turned on. If that does not work, can you provide that screenshot of this screen?

Currently Devnet Sandbox system doesn't support Voicemail
