Hello,
this is a request to Support Team.
We would like to test an easy scenario connecting our ACD application to Broadworks Sandbox instance through SIP Trunk but it would seem the Broadworks environment has restrictions over the SIP Trunk programming.
Is it something that can be tested? May we add this functionality to our deployed Sandbox?
Please clarify.
