Dear All,
We are enabling the 'an attendee to have an account' to join the meeting due to our client's security policies. And when joining the meeting, we authenticate the attendee and join the login ticket with the attendee url. This works fine in the Web client, however the mobile app asks to login. It does not identify that the attendee had logged in. How to achieve this?

Hello,
The mobile client is not designed to accept login credentials from the mobile browser. The mobile client user must be logged in initially, then it should remember login details in the future when it is reopened.

Hi Nathan,
So there is no may we can authenticate the webex mobile client using the APIs provided by WebEx, right? If we have our custom app even can't we do that?

Hello,
WebEx mobile application authentication is completely self contained within the application itself, except in cases of SSO authentication, where the mobile browser is also used to communicate with the IdMS. Your custom application cannot pass authentication details to the mobile application. The mobile application does store authentication, so it is a one time process, unless the application is reset by the user.
