[help] the error of webex url api (JM)

the response of the url api (m.php?AT=JM) is error. I have already confirm that MeetingKey(MK=517013195) and Password(PW=1234) is right.

Who can tell me why? Has the url api changed recently ?

http://ibmchina.webex.com.cn/ibmchina/m.php?AT=JM&MK=517013195&AN=%E6%BD%98%E8%88%AA&AE=hang_pan@qq.com&PW=1234&BU=http://www.ABC.com/tmp/index.action

the response :
