Link to start video with user

Is it possible to link to start a video chat with another person? We're creating a user profile page for users within the company. When viewing a user's profile, I'd like to click a button to then open up web ex and have them added to my impromptu meeting. Is this possible?

Personal Meeting Rooms provide the functionality you seek, it gives you a static URL for each user.

In further research and testing, I don't think what I want will be possible.

For instance, I browse to your profile page, and I want to initiate a video chat with you. I want to click something, you should then be alerted/invited to join my chat. Currently, if a user goes to a personal meeting room URL, the owner of the room doesn't get notified.
