Problem with URL API's BU parameter pointing localhost in test site apidemoeu.webex.com

When specifiying URL API's BU parameter in apidemoeu.webex.com, pointing to a localhost resource, I'm getting the response "The URL's domain has been blocked. Contact your site administrator for more details". This happens when using URL API to start the meeting and also when using URL API to join the meeting.

It had been working fine until December 22, when the test site apidemoeu.webex.com was down for some time. Has there been some change in this test site since then? Has the 'White list' of the site been reset?

Host Limits from apidemoeu have been removed, it should work now.

I have been involved in other projects, but now I've come back with tests against apidemoeu, and everything works fine again.
