How to host  Training Sessions from free trail for testing to integrate uri api service in to LMS

Hi all,  When I using  XML API - firstAttendeeAsPresenter , returned ExceptionID 060045(The site does not allow first attendee as presenter). how can I solve this problem?Thanks a lot~~
