I have the following situation:
I have 2 MS120, 5 MR and 2 MX all licensed. I have 2 more licenses available to apply only to the MS120, but when I apply these two licenses as "renew" it renews my 2 MS120 but disregards my other equipment and their respective licenses, so the equipment is without a license and the MX for example loses its functionalities provided by the Advanced Security license, why does this happen?
Note: The licensing mode is "Co-Termination"

Hi @rickelme santos , how long do the MX and MR licenses have left before they need renewing?
You could switch to PDL and then apply the renewal license for your MS’s.
Or purchase further renewal licenses for your MX and MR’s and apply those on top of your MS license

hi @rickelme santos , when applying a licence as Renew it needs to match all eqpt in the inventory otherwise as you've discovered it wipes out those devices which aren't part of the renewal. What happens if you apply as "Add New"?

It adds up the licenses, that is, for 2 MS120 we would have 4 licenses.

hi,
If I have lets say 2 licenses for MX67 in co-termination mode and add the third MX67. Is there a way to add this new MX and somehow use the current licenses so the end date would be shortened. The point is not to buy the third license. Is it possible?
tnank you

No, you need to buy another license.

You can refer this document :
https://documentation.meraki.com/General_Administration/Licensing/Meraki_Co-Termination_Licensing_Overview
If you don't have licence for 3rd MX's , meraki will send you a notice that you are running more number of MX's then your permissible limit

This might be helpful "The Current Device Count does not impact the Co-Term date of an Organization, the Co-term date is instead calculated based on the License Limit of the Organization. Because of this, adding or removing devices from networks will not affect the Co-term date of the Organization except in situations where adding a device will put the Organization outside of its License Limit and invoke the 30 day Grace Period. In this situation, either removing the device(s) from the Network(s) or adding the required licensing prior to the end of the 30 day Grace Period will put the Organization back into compliance. If new licensing is added, the Co-term date will be updated to reflect this change. If no new licensing is added then the Co-term date should remain unchanged.

and if I buy license lets say for 7 days? Will it solve the issue?

i think that should do the job... the termination date for all the MX's will be same
