Why do bad things like this always happen?

Can't open cases since I can't find the Support button now :

Weird! I do actually see the Support Center link in the menu - so at least this isn't an issue across the board. I think you can access the support center for your network by adding /manage/support to your URL... see screenshot. From there - file a case to say you can't find the menu item!

Well, I just tried from a Private Window in Safari, and that doesn't show the Support link either, so it doesn't seem to be a cache-thing.

ugh. maybe just Cisco internal accounts can see it. Does the /manage/support URL hack work?

Looks like it, yes. 🙂

Doesn't look like its an option anymore - why couldn't they offer different dashboard appearance options without having to change the layout?

Hello Everyone,

We are aware that the Support Center is currently missing from some dashboard views, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing. Please know that our team is actively working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, as a workaround, you can access the Support Center directly by navigating to the following link: Support Center. Doing so will take you directly to the Support Center within the dashboard.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this matter.

Thank you for your patience. The issue has been resolved. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Not sure if I've just been blind, but it may also look like eSIM management in the Dashboard has gone GA.

I like to blue landing page, yes Meraki is typically green but the change is nice.

I don't like how when it goes to the next page, the password field jumps to the middle, as opposed to being on the right for the email as above.

On the other hand the Support Centre link is available for me:

Hi RaphaelL,

(1) New Look

The new Meraki dashboard UI and login page will be rolled out to all users globally on June 11, 2025.

To explore the new look, simply login to the Meraki dashboard – no action needed.

Updates to the Meraki mobile app will start a gradual rollout to users on June 11, 2025. Download or login to the Meraki mobile app for iOS and Android.

(2) New feature - Cisco AI Assistant - https://documentation.meraki.com/General_Administration/Cross-Platform_Content/AI_Assistant_-_Public_Beta

(3) The fix should have been deployed yesterday.

As CarolineS mentioned, the workaround should work - The support center can be accessed by modifying the URL to /manage/support at the end of a network URL
