Cloud-delivered FMC via CDO?

We currently use CDO to manage a couple of FTD firewalls, but every now and then we run into things it would be much easier to configure using FMC. I saw a webinar a few weeks ago where Cisco talked about CDO using an FMC type interface to manage FTD devices. I did not think it required any additional licensing other than CDO. Can anyone shed some clarity on this?

Cisco hints at this for some of the sessions at Cisco Live this year. For example, the PSOSEC-1022 includes "And now, Cisco introduces its new cloud-delivered version of Firewall Management Center." in the session description.

But since this hasn't been launched yet, anyone that might have any information is probably bound by NDA until the official product launch.

And since this is one of the topics during Cisco Live, I'm guessing we'll be getting more details closer to or during Cisco Live (June 12-16)
